Since 2003, Paris-based V.Navy has gained experience in the provision of Through-Life Support (TLS) services to naval vessels. Such services are provided in partnership with other suppliers providing complementary skills with the primary driver being to maximise the availability of the asset at the minimum cost. V.Navy’s competitiveness is under-pinned by its linkages to the rest of V.Group and its proven track-record of using commercial repair yards.
Previous contracts include the repair and ongoing maintenance of a specialist landing craft in Genoa and the dry docking of the French Navy frigates, Floreal and Nivose in La Reunion and Dubai, the latter contract in partnership with Thales.
