SeaTec Repair Services (see www.seatec-services.com) project manage voyage and in-port repair & maintenance services for a wide range of vessel types including passenger ships. SRS works both directly for the ship owner or as a contractor in association with other V.Group companies depending on the nature of the work to be undertaken. Company offices are located in London, Glasgow, Fujairah and Singapore.
Service delivery is based on the supply of riding squads offering multiple trades. These include welders, fitters, steel supervisors, plumbers, carpenters and pipe fitters with the composition of the squad tailored to the work to be undertaken. The squads are sourced from a variety of countries offering requisite skills and experience including Poland, Romania, India, The Philippines and Russia. Work is supervised on board by an English-speaking foreman.
Turnkey solutions are provided for regular machinery servicing and overhauls as well as for bespoke projects including retrofits and upgrading works.
