Service delivery is based on strong buying power globally and locally: VSMT utilises contracted fares with over 50 major airlines that offer flexibility to the traveller. A 24/7 service is provided by 30 staff located in six offices: Monaco; Glasgow; Limassol; Mumbai; Manila; and Miami. These multilingual staff offer internet requisitioning, e-ticketing, advanced seat allocation and other profiling needs plus transportation to/from airports and hotels. As well as pre-planned travel requirements, VSMT provide emergency cover to ensure that unforeseen travel needs are serviced.
