Our team consists of individuals with background and experience in food production, purchasing, cruise/ferry operation and financial management.

Our job is to ensure that meals served are wholesome, well balanced and ethnically suitable to the palate of the consumers. High quality is not always a matter of cost. Small changes and showing that you care, makes the difference. We believe that being flexible and reacting to the feed-back of our consumers improves the quality of people's daily lives. The selection of ingredients is customised to the ethnic composition of the individual crew on board.
